Vivianne Asturizaga
Say it in 6: Missing from Summary Vivianne is pursuing a Master's Degree in Musicology at Florida State, already having earned graduate degrees in Flute Performance and in Arts Administration and Spanish. She hails from Bolivia and came to the U.S. to expand her skills, creativity, and opportunities. Vivianne has played for the prestigious Berlin Philharmonic, and also organized her own local flute chamber quartet ensemble called Silver Lining Flutes. She is a founding member of the Tallahassee Flute Club as well as the National Bolivian Flute Association. In 2018, Vivianne received a Graduate Student Leadership Award from The Graduate School at Florida State University, where, among other roles, she is an active member of the Hispanic Graduate Student Association, of which she was formerly president.
