Say it in 6: Make the world a better place. Dr. Alex Sarsfield graduated Spring 2017 with a Juris Doctorate. While pursuing the JD, he wanted to better understand law and policy as they relate to the historical foundations for freedom built into liberal democracies. His focus was on governmental structure and constitutional law. During his tenure at FSU, he served as President of FSU’s award-winning Moot Court Team and published an article on Comparative Constitutional Law. Alex is also a 2016-2017 recipient of the Florida House of Representatives Legislative Intern Program. He previously worked at the Department of Education. He plans to pursue a career in international law.
