The Department of Psychology is home to world-class scholars whose research consistently attracts national and international recognition. The quality and impact of faculty and student research has propelled us to the top ranks of psychology programs nationwide. In addition to excelling in research, our faculty are recognized for excellence in teaching.
The department is also home to more than 30 active research laboratories and the Florida Center for Reading Research. Our faculty members additionally conduct research through interdisciplinary collaborations at the Center for Research and Education on Aging and Technology Enhancement, the Learning Systems Institute and the Pepper Institute on Aging and Public Policy.
