Summary:
Kurt Bergheimer, Giulia's friend and admirer from Zurich, writes to Giulia Kortischoner to reprimand her for her poor packaging of an unregistered food parcel she sent to their friend Nina Vinaver in Paris, France. Kurt says he is out of the hospital and in Bern doing therapy treatment for his nervous disorder. He also asks Giulia to return the 20 Francs he had given her for her to give to Nina, at the time Giulia was out of cash and he let her use the 20 Francs.
