Abstract/Description: In this issue of Developmental Cell, Kitagawa et al. (2011a) and Song et al. (2011) show that the protein phosphatase PP2A regulates SAS-5 to control centriole duplication. Two paradigms are presented to explain how PP2A regulates SAS-5.
