Abstract/Description: This paper serves to develop a framework for identifying vulnerable consumers. First, a definition for vulnerable consumers is proposed. Second, both deontological and teleological viewpoints are explained. Finally, a framework combining these philosophical views is proposed and tested for identifying vulnerable consumers
