Abstract/Description: "The purpose was to analyze the data collected by applying a schedule to the case records of twenty white female patients who were released on trial visit from the Florida State Hospital during the period from July, 1956 through December, 1957, in order to determine whether the initial refusal of the family to accept a group of ten white female patients for trial visit influenced the length of time these mental patients remained out of the hospital during the one year trial visit period"--Introduction.
