There are twenty-one junior historical novels in this series, each one dealing with a different national group which has come to America to live and which has made some contribution to American culture. Stories in the series present the following nationalities or racial groups: Dutch, Irish, Greek, Negro, Basque, Viking, French, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Swiss, Scottish, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, English, German, Welsh, Bohemian, and American Indian"--Introduction.
