Abstract/Description: This article addresses the impact of financial literacy on high school students' financial decisions. To analyze the impact, financial literacy information was provided to the treatment group and the treatment and control group discussed college expectations. Following the treatment or non-treatment, students completed a survey that was used to measure their financial decisions. Here we find that there was no significant impact. I discuss ways in which other variables impacted our outcome and I propose alternatives for future research.
