Summary: | Photograph of the winning float of the 1962 Florida State University Homecoming parade, constructed by Pi Kappa Phi and Alpha Gamma Delta Greek letter societies. Almost 15,000 white and pink paper napkins went into the construction process, and the float was chosen from 19 other participating creations. All of the 1968 floats had the theme of space age developments, and for the first time, the FSU's fraternities and sororities did not decorate their houses for Homecoming. | |
